Title: Family Storytime

Day of the week/Time: Saturday 10-10:45

Ages: 0-6 years

Goals: Provide a storytime that is adaptable and allows families to attend and develop early literacy skills together.

Reasoning for Program: Families may have children of various ages. By having a storytime that is adaptable to all ages it gives them the opportunity to attend together. Additionally this storytime is scheduled when caregivers who work regular Monday-Friday jobs will be able to attend.

Activities: The schedule will include several books and songs. The content will span multiple age groups, unless there is a majority of one age group in which case all content will be geared towards that age.

Supplies: Books from library collection, bubbles, stickers, scarves, small bean bags to toss.

Staff: Librarian or library assistant

Community Partners: N/A

Budget: Included in $600 yearly storytime budget.
