In addition to the storytimes that are held each week on a regular schedule the library will offer programming each month. Some of these programs, such as the Beginners Book Club, will occur each month. While others, such as Symphony Storytime, will be offered on a one time basis or a couple of times a year.

All programs are open to children and their caregivers. While each program is geared towards a certain age range those ages are flexible and the library will do the best to accommodate the participants who attend.

The programs will incorporate the five early literacy practices: talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing. Certain programs will focus more on one element or have multiple elements, but all programs will have at least one early literacy practice.
